The best decision I made was to pursue my American Culinary Federation Certified Culinarian designation with the Caribbean Cuisine Culinary Institute. While I have gained a better understanding about cooking, the knowledge gained about preparing and keeping food safe, stands out for me.
The course has not been without challenges thanks to the COVID-19; however, the Instructors and Administrative staff at CCCI have done everything possible to ensure that the students remain on track.
When I receive my CC designation, I will not only feel a sense of accomplishment, but it will encourage me to continue to work hard until I become a Certified Executive Chef.
