My enrollment at Caribbean Cuisine Culinary Institute was pure coincidence, but in the end, I managed to gain a lot more than I imagined.
Initially, I was just curious if I had any interest at all in the field, but now if, by chance, I continue to pursue a career in the culinary industry, I can say with confidence that I know what it is that I am doing; from the detailed theory to the hands-on practical execution, I have gained a lot of knowledge.
With all that said, I think my time at CCCI was well worth it.
