I will forever cherish my experience at the CCCI.
The teaching style was one that I was comfortable with and as such, I was able to learn at a pace that
was best suited for me.
I would recommend the school to anyone thinking of pursuing a culinary career, as the Instructors are
understanding and determined to ensure that students are not only taught, but also clearly understand,
what is required to be successful in this field.
