On Tuesday February 4 th , 2020, my journey commenced, as I began my ACF Certified Culinarian Course.
From day one, this course was informative, educational, enlightening and not to mention, enjoyable.
The only negative aspect of this journey is the pandemic, which has caused some delays to the entire
process. However, no one had control over this.

In my opinion this is a wonderful course that is being offered by The Caribbean Cuisine Culinary
Institute; it has been a great experience overall and a fantastic avenue for me to become Certified, as
this has always been my dream. Even though I have been in the industry for quite some time, this has
been a great way for me to recap what I already know, learn new techniques and skills, while enhancing
my knowledge and standards in food preparation and cookery, hygiene and food safety.
All kudos goes to the Chef and Instructors for imparting their knowledge and techniques, while making
learning easy and exciting. They have all been patient and understanding, always willing to explain
procedures and practices thoroughly, even encouraging us to continually strive for excellence.
It is my desire and hope for more persons to become Certified and this course and school provide the
perfect avenue of opportunity to accomplish such.
