Nathan Neblett
Caribbean Cuisine Culinary Institute has prepared me to be globally competent by giving me an
opportunity to build a strong foundation that will stand me in good stead when I enter the culinary
industry.
I have been able to hone my skills and explore more of what I am capable of and to always remember
that cooking is a life. At the end of the day, it is always about having the right and positive attitude,
working quickly, efficiently, neatly and safely, that will help you not only learn skills, but also persevere
and overcome the many difficulties you will face. A diploma doesn’t make you a Chef, so always keep
your feet on the ground.
