Enrolling at CCCI for my certification with the American Culinary Federation (ACF) has been an eye-
opening experience. I never knew that so many aspects of study were involved in running and
navigating the inner workings of a kitchen.
I can say that what I have learned and continue to learn will enable me to grow both as a person and as
a Chef.
